Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final once the design has been approved. Once production has been started, no changes can be made. So please double check everything before giving final approval.

Please double-check all spelling and details prior to submitting your order. We engrave exactly what is provided. If you submit an order and notice a mistake, email orders@etchknox.com as soon as possible and if production has not started we will fix it, if production has already began unfortunately no changes can be made.
